Our Referral Process

1. Referral Intake & Initial Contact

• The veterinarian or client completes the "Vet referrals" form on our website and attaches the history. Our team will contact the client to organise an appointment.

2. During the Referral

  • Our team evaluates the patient, performs diagnostics, and develops a treatment plan.

  • Ongoing updates will be provided to both the client and the referring veterinarian.

3. Discharge & Follow-up

  • Clients receive a detailed discharge summary and care instructions.

  • Referring veterinarian receives the patient history and recommendations.

4. Communication & Collaboration

• Open line for discussion, if questions arise regarding diagnostics, surgical planning, or ongoing

Is your pet being referred to us by your primary veterinarian? Please provide their name, clinic name, and contact details so we can coordinate care and keep them informed.
